Since in-person birthday parties are on pause, I created this fun birthday banner cut file that can be mailed in an envelope. This is the perfect quarantine birthday idea, as the birthday boy or girl pulls the string and the banner reveals itself, with a small envelope at the end for a little cash!
It's a super fun surprise that they will enjoy opening up and then can hang up for party decor. A birthday banner is obviously a birthday must-have.
